This privacy notice explains how personal information is processed when you visit WellWaterGear.com or contact its operator. This website is operated in Austria and aims to be transparent about hosting, contact email, and third-party services.
1. Data controller and contact
Thomas Brandstetter
Dornach 7

Email: info@wellwatergear.com
2. Website access and hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany. To deliver requested pages and maintain operational security, hosting systems may process connection information, including IP addresses, date and time of requests, visited URLs, browser or device data and error or security logs. Processing is based on our legitimate interests in secure and reliable website operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) where applicable. Retention depends on the specific log type and host settings; we delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, subject to legal obligations.
3. Contact by email
If you send us a message, we process your email address, the message, attachments and any details you provide to answer it and handle follow-up correspondence. Depending on the content of your inquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps relating to a contract). Please avoid sending confidential information unnecessarily.
Our email systems use ALL-INKL.COM and Microsoft services (Outlook.com). These providers may process sender and recipient data, message content, attachments and technical delivery information. Processing and service support may involve countries outside the European Economic Area; information on Microsoft’s handling of data and international transfer arrangements can be found in its privacy statement. Correspondence is kept as long as necessary to handle inquiries, meet legal retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress and associated security or consent-management tools may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage to support site operation, authentication or saved consent preferences. Where non-essential analytics, advertising or third-party services are used, we seek consent where required before enabling them. Cookie choices and details of detected services are made available through our consent-management tool where applicable. You can also control cookie storage through your browser settings.
5. Analytics and third-party integrations
Google Site Kit is installed as a WordPress administration integration. Installation of the plugin alone does not necessarily mean that Google Analytics or advertising tracking is active. If measurement or advertising services are enabled in the future, this policy and the applicable consent settings will be updated to identify the service, data categories and legal basis. We do not describe an analytics service as active unless it is actually connected and deployed.
6. Affiliate links and external websites
We may link to retailers, including Amazon.com, and other providers. When you click such a link, you leave our website and the third party may collect information under its own privacy policy. Affiliate links can contain tracking identifiers to attribute purchases; we do not receive your full checkout or payment details from these retailers. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. WordPress website administration and security
Administrative access is protected by WordPress security features. Where login-related cookies, technical security logs or spam controls are used, they support website operation and abuse prevention. We do not offer a public user-account registration service on this site.
8. Data recipients and international transfers
Relevant recipient categories include our hosting provider, our email service providers and third-party websites that you choose to visit. If external services involve transfers to countries without an EU adequacy decision, the applicable safeguards and service terms must be evaluated. We do not sell personal information obtained through email inquiries.
9. Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or to object to processing. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it for the future. Requests can be made to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde). Other privacy rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
10. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website adds features, services or changes its data-handling practices. The most recent date appears at the top of this page.
